DIVORCE & FAMILY
MASS MEDIATORS with locations in Worcester and Westborough has experienced certified trained mediators who have conducted hundreds of divorce and family mediations.
If you have made the decision to separate or divorce, mediation is a better choice over the alternative of courtroom battles and high legal fees, which places emotional and financial stress upon you and your children.
Our Mediators establish a cooperative and productive environment in which couples work together to reach solutions on the issues confronting them and their family. This process allows the couple to set the terms of their own separation/divorce agreement, which addresses their present concerns, as well as laying the foundation for the manner by which post divorce issues will be addressed.
MASS MEDIATORS provides a "turn key" process by preparing all necessary divorce documents required for court filing and prepares your divorce agreement, which will be presented, for approval, to the judge granting your divorce.
During mediation, the couple, one of the parties, or their children, may need supporting professional services. MASS MEDIATORS has affiliated with professional consultants in the areas of accounting, taxes, real estate, financial planning, career counseling, psychotherapy and child psychology. These consultants, having their own practice, have agreed to be available to Mass Mediators' clients to help those couples who are confronted by problems that may be blocking the reaching of mutual agreement. Although these professional services are billed separately from Mass Mediators, these consultants have committed to a process that is less expensive, with the goal of allowing couples to reach their own solutions and agreements.
Our Mediator, John Keeton, has worked for the past 25 years with divorcing couples in mediation, assisting them in addressing their and their children's current and future needs, the allocation of the marital assets and liabilities, the necessity for the continuation of health and life insurance benefits, and such other matters, which are necessary for them to find solutions, and get on with their lives.
